Heavenly Babies Limited Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Heavenly Babies Limited you are agreeing acceptance of these terms and conditions. These may be amended at any time without prior notice.

Acceptance of Orders & Delivery

You are responsible for the Mother & Baby Gift Box once paid for. If we are unable to deliver to the address provided we will attempt to contact you and ask for an alternative delivery address. However, we will charge you for re-delivery. If you prefer not to have it re-delivered, and wish to cancel your order instead, we will refund your card, minus any delivery costs that were included in the original order. If we do not hear from you within 30 days of attempting contact with you we will refund the card used to place the original order minus the cost of shipping. Gift boxes will be shipped on the same day if the order is placed and paid for by 11am. Orders completed after this time will be shipped the next working day. All orders will be delivered by Royal Mail, which takes 2-5 days. Unless Free Delivery is indicated there is a postal charge of £8.95 for each Gift Box and the parcel will require a signature upon receipt. If there is no one available to receive the Gift Box it will be either left with a neighbour or taken to the nearest post office. A card will then be left at the delivery address advising of its whereabouts. Our liability for non-delivery of the products shall be limited to replacing the product within a reasonable period of time. If you change your delivery address between the time of placing your order and the time of delivery you must inform us. If we are not notified of your change of address prior to shipping we will only re-deliver on payment of the additional postage incurred.

Contents and Stock Availability

Where we are unable to provide a particular item for the Mother & Baby Gift Box that you have ordered we reserve the right to substitute with an alternative item of equal or higher value. This is occasionally unavoidable due to lack of availability from our suppliers. However, any substitute product supplied will be of the same outstanding quality. We are unable to advise you when this occurs. On our Bespoke and Extra Choices Product Pages, we will inform you whether one of our New Mother or Baby Gift Items is out of stock with one of these two messages, Awaiting Stock or Temporarily Unavailable. You may still order an item which states Awaiting Stock, in which case your gift box will not be dispatched, until we have all the selected items, this will take an extra 2-5 days plus normal delivery times. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Warranties

All the products contained in our baby gift boxes comply with the health and safety laws of the United Kingdom. We therefore cannot guarantee that these products comply with the health and safety laws in your own country. We will not have any further liability in respect of the products.

Refunds

Heavenly Babies Limited is confident that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied you can return your product for a full refund within 7 days of delivery, or for an exchange within 30 days. Please be aware that you should contact us before returning any item in order that suitable arrangements can be arranged and that you are responsible for the return postage costs. You should obtain "Proof of Posting. Refunds will only be given to the originating payee and on the basis that the goods are returned in their original packaging and in a fully re-saleable condition.

Damaged Goods

If, on receipt, the Mother & Baby Gift Box, or its contents are damaged, please contact us immediately & prior to return. Once acknowledged please send the item(s) back to us with original packaging at our business address below with your details and we will replace it for you. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage.

Cancellation

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of the goods without giving a reason. You must bear the cost of return postage and a refund will be given as soon as goods are received with the original packaging in good re-saleable condition. You are advised to obtain “Proof of Posting” when returning goods. Please contact Heavenly Babies Limited prior to returning goods.

We reserve the right to change product information, prices and descriptions at any time. Products may vary in style and material to that shown. Whilst we will do our best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as possible after being notified we do not accept any liability for any losses or claims arising from such errors or any liability in respect of access to our website or any failure to complete a transaction. We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss (whether for loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill or otherwise) or damage of any kind arising out of the use of the website or use of the products supplied in the gift boxes. If we are unable to complete an order for whatever reason we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.

We take protection of your data seriously. Any information gathered by us during the course of our business with you is for our own internal use. We will not sell or forward your details to any third party.
